The White House features a semi-formal living room with a grand fireplace, a central party room with tables and chairs, a dance floor, a bar, a kitchen, and an outdoor patio with a picnic area and grill. On the second floor is a mirrored room available for guests to rent as a dressing room.

The White House is available for rent by association members and non-members for private functions. Prices are as follows:

Non-resident

$400 Rental Fee
$75 add on second floor
$75 add-on early access if available
$175 professional cleaning fee: renter must remove all
garbage and return furniture to its original location.
$0 self-clean
$400 security deposit in lieu of event insurance or $250 security deposit with event insurance purchase
