White House Rental Agreement

The White House facilities include six bar stools, a triple sink, 42” round tables with chairs, additional long folding tables and folding chairs. Kitchen facilities including a stove, microwave, sink, and refrigerator with freezer. Picnic tables are located on the back patio. The White House phone is for local calls only. Any charges incurred will be the responsibility of the renter. Any alcohol brought onto the premises will be the sole responsibility of the renter. UNDERAGE DRINKING OR USE OF DRUGS SHALL BE GROUNDS TO TERMINATE THE RENTAL CONTRACT. Any evidence that minors (under legal drinking age in Ohio) are being served alcohol or are bringing alcohol on the rental premises shall be grounds for termination of this contract, whereupon the Renter and any guests, invitees and/or trespassers will be asked to leave immediately, without refund of the base rental fee. Any evidence of use of drugs not permitted under federal law shall also be grounds to terminate this contract immediately.

By signing this rental agreement, the Renter hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and save harmless Dutchland Woods Property Owners Association, its directors, officers, and employees from all claims, costs, damages, judgements, expenses, liabilities, and losses arising from or as a result of any accident, injury, including death, loss, or damage of any kind whatsoever caused to any person or to the property of any person shall occur on the Premises commencing on the Acceptance Date of this Agreement and during the term of the rental. I acknowledge that by declining to purchase special event insurance coverage, I already have coverage through my personal insurance company, or that I, the Renter, will take personal responsibility for all claims, costs, damages, judgements, expenses, liabilities, and losses arising from or as a result of any accident, injury, including death, loss, or damage of any kind whatsoever caused to any person or to the property of any person that shall occur on the premises commencing on the Acceptance Date of this Agreement and during the term of the rental.
