The White House of Dutchland Woods

The White House, situated on 12 acres of wooded picnic grounds and a 2.2-acre pond (Janie Lake), was originally built over 150 years ago. It was converted in 1980 to be a recreational facility and event venue and has undergone numerous renovations. Today, it serves as a community center.

The White House features a semi-formal living room with a grand fireplace; a central party room with tables and chairs; a dance floor; a bar; a kitchen; and an outdoor patio with picnic area and grill. On the second floor is a mirrored room that can be added to rentals for an additional fee. 

The White House is available for rent by association members and non-members for private functions. These facilities are also used by the community for neighborhood-wide functions and events.

RENTALS

The White House is the perfect space for weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, bridal parties, baby showers, graduation parties, holiday gatherings, business luncheons, company parties, organizational meetings, charity events and more.
